Pierce is a fourth generation cemeterian, graduate from Auburn University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Family business and graduate of the ICCFA University. He is a husband to Ashley and a father to Anderson. Pierce oversees the operations of two cremation centers in Georgia and Ohio, and assists in technology implementation and marketing for their three cemeteries located in metro Atlanta. He has served on the Board of Directors for the GCA and SCCFA as well as being a member of the ICCFA’s Membership Committee. Last year Leaf’s hospice program under Pierce’s oversight completed over 80 in-services and over 500 visits with local hospices.

His favorite part of work is his freedom to try new things, and to often learn from failure. Pierce’s purpose for coming to work every day is to create work environments that promote hard work and the enjoyment of it. In his free time, Pierce enjoys reading books on business and theology, golfing, and spending time with his wife, son, and church family.
